| SALES - Cablescan has a strong group of domestic representatives operating in the U.S., and a network of distributors throughout Europe and Asia. All representatives have demonstration equipment for showing prospective customers how the units actually work. | |
| RENTAL UNITS -Instruments are available on a monthly rental basis with a portion of the rental fee being applied to the purchase price. | |
| EVALUATION UNITS - Instruments are available for evaluation at a nominal charge so that a prospective customer can actually use the unit for a short time with no commitment whatsoever. | |
| DELIVERY -Orders for new instruments normally are filled within two weeks from receipt of order. | |
| SERVICE - Cablescan maintains a highly qualified staff of electronic technicians who are capable of repairing and returning instruments within 5 to 7 days. | |
| LOAN UNITS - A supply of most models is maintained for loan purposes. A customer sending in an instrument for repair and return can request a loaner in advance in order to maintain production schedules. | |
| WARRANTY -Cablescan, Inc. manufactures its products in a manner to be free of defects. Should any defect of manufacture occur in its product within one (1) year from date of shipment by it, Cablescan, Inc, upon prompt notification, will at its option, exchange products or repair the defect. |
