Cablescan has a strong group of domestic representatives operating in the U.S., and a network of distributors throughout Europe and Asia. All representatives have demonstration equipment for showing prospective customers how the units actually work.
Delivery
Orders for new instruments normally are filled within two weeks from receipt of order.
Service
Cablescan maintains a highly qualified staff of electronic technicians who are capable of repairing and returning instruments within five to seven days.
Warranty
Cablescan, Inc. manufactures its products in a manner to be free of defects. Should any defect of manufacture occur in its product within one (1) year from date of shipment by it, Cablescan, Inc, upon prompt notification, will at its option, exchange products or repair the defect.
